Detach the Objective lens of your binoculars. Cut out a circular ring from the PVC pipe, large enough to fit the lens in it. This should be adjusted in such a way that the lens does not fall out of the PVC pipe ring. Use Electrical Tape for sealing the lens to the ring.

Tape in a rubber band to one side of the PVC pipe ring for hanging the lens to the bolt-on your tripod stand. You can use a bolt to set it up with the camera if you do not want to use a tripod stand.
